Monday Night Black Box

I am watching Monday Night Football tonight, November 14, Cowboys vs. Eagles. I can hardly see the damn game because there is a rectangular black box taking up about a third of my screen. I can’t watch this! Where did this black box come from? Is the government converting to digital feeds only? Is the rest of Austin seeing this?
